This Stevens manufactured fifth variation breech block is for the Favorite single shot falling block rimfire rifle in 25 Stevens caliber which has the 4th variation (6 o' clock style) extractor with the plunger system, 4th variation link and the 4th variation lever with the bushing but lacking a plunger assembly. This breech block is in very good condition exhibiting a grayish brown patina with light wear. (file photo)
